Manual Hand Chain Hoists for Industrial Overhead Lifting

Manual hand chain hoists provide portable, dependable lifting for warehouses, maintenance departments, fabrication shops, construction sites, repair areas, and industrial workstations. Their compact design and low headroom make them useful in confined spaces where powered lifting equipment may not be practical or available.

Controlled Manual Lifting

Hand chain operation gives users steady load control for vertical lifting applications. Enclosed double ratchet pawls with a self-adjusting disc brake support reliable holding power, while hardened two-stage gears help provide smooth operation during demanding material handling tasks.

Durable Industrial Construction

High quality steel components, grade 80 black load chain tempered to ISO 3077, and forged steel upper and lower hooks with safety latches provide strength for rugged use. Each hoist is designed with a safety factor of four times rated capacity and individually tested at 150 percent of rated capacity.

Capacities and Lift Lengths

This family includes capacities from 1,000 lb. to 10,000 lb. with standard lift heights of 10 feet, 15 feet, and 20 feet. Headroom varies by capacity, helping users select the right hoist for available clearance. These hand chain hoists meet ANSI B30.16-2003 requirements and offer a practical solution for reliable manual overhead lifting.
