The portable Hydraulic drum carrier/rotator/boom allows one person to lift, transport, and dispense fully loaded steel drums with ease. The lift operation is DC powered and rolls on casters. The hand crank rotates the drum. This unit features a lifting boom attachment which stores on the outriggers. Heavy-duty welded steel construction. Complies with cETLus certified battery charger.
